The WD My Passport Essential SE hasn't fail me once. I bought this baby two years ago and it still works like a charm. I've even dropped it accidentally several times and my files were completely safe. I'll be specific and get to the details. Perks:

• Large storage. 1 Terabyte! That's 1,024 Gigabytes!
• Supports both 3.0 and 2.0 USB ports. (Transfer speed extremely fast with 3.0)
• Very small, fits in my jean pockets.
• No separate power adapter needed, just plug and use.
• Elegant design.
• Western Digital is reliable!
• I personally got this for $87.09 but now it's only $69! (As of this post.)

I also recommend grabbing the carrying case (which I got for $10.88 but now is only $5.80).

However there is a newer version of this product available for similar prices and I recommend getting that instead. (For better support.) Choose from 1TB, 1.5TB to 2TB!
